About

Basesaber thread · Ø26 bore

Design a lightsaber hilt that feels like yours. Mix pieces from different series, change their lengths and finishes, and screw your printed sections together.

Every joint is the basesaber thread: M32 × 1.5, 6 mm of engagement, spigot up and socket down, so Litezabr and basesaber parts mix. The bore is Ø26 all the way through, for a 1″ dowel blade.

Print hilt bodies upright, with control plates and buttons flat on their backs. The exports already orient each piece for printing. Use the coloured 3MF to keep your chosen finishes, or the STL zip to print in a single colour. Print a fit sample before committing to a full switch body, and check supports in your slicer.
